We are the first, and only, Tampa-based Home Staging company offering a complete Home Staging training program geared toward Florida-Style homes' unique needs.   • How to give an impressive presentation to a homeowner, Realtor, Builder and small groups

  • You will participate in one or more actual Staging Projects during the course

  • You will be able to use these before and after photos to show potential clients your own "real-world" experience (Some companies give you photos to put on your site of work you haven't done. Once a visitor realizes this you will lose any credibility you may have had.)

  • We provide mentoring long after the course is over

  • When time permits, we will accompany you on or or two of your initial appointments

  • We offer email and phone support (details will be forthcoming)

  • We don't go away after the course ends, unlike other companies

    Included in your tuition fees are the following key items:

    • Each time our Training Manual is updated, you will receive a free copy for the first six months after completing the course.

Certificate of Completion
After completion of the course, you will be invited to a private luncheon with one of your Trainers to present your final project and ask questions in order to further enhance your training experience.  This is, until now, unheard of in the Home Staging Training industry!
 
Once we have received your application and deposit, you will receive the five-day itinerary with the location in Tampa where the classroom days will be held.  Light refreshments will be served during the morning sessions and lunch will be provided on day one. Class size is limited to four per session.

Please read our "Cancellation Policy" carefully:

  • Should you need to cancel your seat in one of our training classes, refunds will be given in the following manner;
    14 days prior to start date - 75% refund (Balance may be credited toward future training within a 90 day period)
  • Less than 14 days prior to start date - 50% refund (A 20% discount may be applied toward future training within a 90 day period)
  • No refunds will be given once the session has started
  • If there is a medical or personal emergency that we consider valid for leaving the program, we will allow the student to reschedule for future training within a 90 day training period. Re-scheduling fee is $500
  • Exceptions are as follows:
    • If you find a suitable replacement for your seat then you will be refunded 80% of your tuition regardless of when you cancel after we have received the full payment from your replacement
    • Due to the proprietary nature of our business and the information we provide both written and verbal, we are not able to issue any refunds once your course has begun or after completion
    • If you have any questions about our offerings please ask in advance
    • Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel and/or reschedule a training session when client projects need attending
    • Students will be notified within five days of training session
    • Students will be given the option or receiving a refund of security deposit or first priority in the next session
  • We will not be held liable for any inconvenience this may cause students since we are an active Staging company and not devoted entirely to training Home Stagers.
