- When we first arrived we couldn't believe that a
house only four years old could be such a mess.
There were holes in the walls, the rugs were stained
and smelled horrible, doors had been kicked in and
every room in the house was a disaster.
Toilets didn't work properly. The kitchen sink was
not hooked up. Quite frankly it was bad!

- But, we could see past that disaster and created
a plan of action to beautify the home within a
reasonable budget. We have an amazing handyman
and painter. The walls and doors were repaired
and we chose two shades of paint in more "designer"
colors rather than going with builder-beige.
We found remnant carpet at a huge bargain that we
were able to use throughout the home and you could
not tell they came from separate die-lots. Our
carpet layers did an amazing job.

What
an amazing transformation in this very spacious Master
Bedroom. Since this was going to be a rental, we kept
the decor to a minimum because our major goal was in
reparation of the home. We placed just enough in key areas
of the home so that potential renters would get a sense of
just how beautiful this house now is.
