This property was purchased in a complete state is disrepair. The couple from Canada got an amazing deal on this and were willing to spend a little money fixing up the property to use as a rental.  They reached out to us for help.  Our team went to work.  Over the course of a few weeks we transformed this disaster into a beautiful home with far better appeal to renters than similar homes in the neighborhood.
When we first arrived we couldn't believe that a house only four years old could be such a mess.  There were holes in the walls, the rugs were stained and smelled horrible, doors had been kicked in and every room in the house was a disaster.  Toilets didn't work properly. The kitchen sink was not hooked up.  Quite frankly it was bad!
But, we could see past that disaster and created a plan of action to beautify the home within a reasonable budget.  We have an amazing handyman and painter.  The walls and doors were repaired and we chose two shades of paint in more "designer" colors rather than going with builder-beige.  We found remnant carpet at a huge bargain that we were able to use throughout the home and you could not tell they came from separate die-lots.  Our carpet layers did an amazing job.
What an amazing transformation in this very spacious Master Bedroom.  Since this was going to be a rental, we kept the decor to a minimum because our major goal was in reparation of the home. We placed just enough in key areas of the home so that potential renters would get a sense of just how beautiful this house now is.
Here's a little secret;
This bed is actually a double-layer blow up mattress placed on a simple metal frame! We can be very resourceful!
The kitchen, picture below was filthy and and the appliances hadn't been cleaned in years. The sink had to be re-installed and a major cleaning was done before we added some special touches to warm it up.

Above you will see the process of rehabilitating the house. This is the dining area.

What a transformation with just a few furnishings and the decorator wall colors. Even though this area is also meant to serve as the "formal" living room, we only used a side chair and table with some pretty accessories.  The idea is to enhance but not go overboard in areas that don't need it.
The couple who bought this home as an investment could not believe the transformation and our resourcefulness.

They were extremely pleased with the outcome.

Additional photos of the transformation are available upon request.
