The owners had already moved out of state
but were living in this home part-time. They
called us late on a Thursday night asking if we
could do a "rush job" for a Sunday Open House.
We worked non-stop right up until the minute the
Open House started. Realtors and potential
buyers were amazed at how beautiful this home
looked.
Those Realtors that had seen the home before
were very impressed by the Staging and were
convinced that it easily helped in the sale of
the home. This listing agent raised the selling
price by $10,000.
We turned a messy room
currently serving no purpose that had French
doors overlooking the beautiful pool area into
an amazing den. It was like adding an additional
room to the home.
Poor furniture placement hides the beauty
Sectional was moved to the back room. Now the
fireplace becomes a highlighted focal point.
Bulky furniture and an oversized armoire
blocking the window.
We moved the armoire and brought in a couch with
better scale. This helped the room feel more open
and inviting.
A recently remodeled guest bath was lost in
the emptiness of itself. By adding a fee spa
accents the bathroom became an added highlight
to the first floor and being just off the den we
created was a perfect compliment.
The photo at left was the view through the French doors
from our newly created Family Room. Solid wood is beautiful
and expensive. This had been left unkempt. It was so
hard to clean that we actually had to sand it down. The
results above were well worth the effort.
Why block an amazing view of the backyard with the
Jacuzzi, pool and beautiful landscaping? Don't give the
buyers anything to make them question if the house is being
maintained properly. By adding the table settings this area
now became very inviting and allows the buyer to picture
themselves relaxing and enjoying a good meal and
conversation with friends and family.
