Our Services Include:

Our team members
will help you sort through your things, room by room to find
everything you no longer need or use.

We help you
determine what you should keep, toss, repair and sell

We help you price
things so they will sell quickly and for the best possible money

We will set up
your yard sale and merchandise your unwanted items to make for a
great shopping experience

set-up and breakdown of your yard sale

We can supply
tables, hanging wracks and other display pieces to make ensure
the best exposure for all of your items

Pricing:
- For helping you sort your
items and price them for the sale we charge $25 per hour, per
consultant. You may have one or two of us at a time
- For preparation, set-up,
merchandising and break down, we also charge $25 per hour
- If you want us to work the
yard sale with, or for, you we do not charge an hourly rate.
On the day of the sale we take a commission on what sells.
- Any item selling below $50 we
take 50%
- Any item selling between $50
and $99 we take 15%
- Any item selling for $100 or
more we take 10%
- After the sale is over, if
you would like us to haul away the unsold items, we charge a
flat rate of $50 per truck load.
- If we need to rent a truck
the cost is actual rental plus 10% unless you go rent the truck
yourself
- We will not dispose of old
tires or any other hazardous materials such as chemicals, paint,
etc. You will need to contact your local land fill to find
out how to dispose of these items.
